We’ll help you design an unforgettable experience at one (or many) of Colorado’s iconic spots

You’ll get a curated list of hand-picked locations that actually fit you. Every spot we recommend is one we’ve personally explored. We’ve stood there ourselves, noted the best angles, checked accessibility, where you can avoid the crowds and made sure it feels as magical in person as it looks in photos. You’ll also get our custom map with tons of other options in the area that you can use to explore during your time here.

We live here. We’ve hiked these trails, driven these roads, and watched the light and colors change with every season. And if we haven’t been to a spot yet, we’ll scout it ourselves to make sure it’s a perfect fit for you. We also take care of all the research and permits so you don’t have to worry about a thing. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your day.

We’ve got every detail covered: from safety prep and logistics to multiple backup plans. If the weather shifts (because, mother nature), we already have a Plan B and probably a Plan C ready to go. We’ll make sure you still get an amazing experience no matter what Colorado throws our way.

We know that eloping in the mountains can be a bit unpredictable, so all of our packages have built in flexibility for the day. If we need to shift your timeline, swap locations, or change your date to a back up date–we make sure your day is as stress-free as possible. ALSO, we never book elopements back to back just in case we need a next-day back up date due to unforeseen circumstances.

You’ll also get recommendations for activities in the area you’re eloping. Think: sunrise hikes, local coffee shops, stargazing spots, or scenic drives that help you turn your elopement into a full experience rather than just a quick ceremony.

Before we start planning, we’ll send you one intentional questionnaire that help us get to know you, your personalities, what you love doing together, and how you want your elopement day to feel. They’re designed to pull out the details that matter most, from your dream scenery to your favorite things. This way we can guide you toward locations, timelines, and experiences that feel like you. The goal isn’t just to plan a day, but to create something that fits your story effortlessly.

We’ll connect you with local vendors that service the area you choose. From florists and hair & makeup artists to private chefs, officiants, and planners who know how to make mountain elopements effortless. We’ll also walk you through how to get your Colorado marriage license (it’s easier than you think!) and make sure you know exactly what to bring and where to go. Because the last thing you should be stressing about is paperwork when you’re about to have the best day of your life.

We’ll create a custom timeline that keeps your day flowing naturally: no rushing, no awkward waiting around, just enough structure to let the magic unfold. Every timeline is built around the best light, travel time between locations, and moments that matter most to you. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when, without ever feeling like you’re on a schedule.

You get the two of us, always. We shoot photo and video as a team, which means everything flows smoothly-no awkward overlap, no competing priorities. Just two creatives working in sync to tell your story from every angle.

We’ll give you direction that feels easy and natural. No awkward posing, no pressure or weird prompts.You just show up and be yourselves; we’ll capture it all beautifully.

You’ll receive natural, candid images that capture the real energy of your day and an emotional, cinematic film that brings it all back to life. Together, they tell a complete story from start to finish: the laughter, the quiet moments, and every feeling in between so you can relive it all exactly as it happened.

We want you to have something to look at immediately after your epic day that makes you say, “We really did this.” We send 15-20 “sneak peeks” within 24 hours so you can start reliving it all right away. Full galleries are delivered within 6 weeks and your full highlight film within 12 weeks.

    Deciding to elope can be difficult depending on your situation. For us, we knew we wanted to elope in Colorado, but we had never been there before; so we had no idea where to even start. By choosing to work with Laura and Hugo, they completely eliminated any challenge. They got to know us, listened to us, and provided us with detailed options about each area to possibly choose from. Not only did they provide us with various locations for the ceremony, but they also gave us recommendations for local vendors. Laura and Hugo made everything as easy and stress free as possible.

    Coming from two laid back people who are not ones to typically take pictures of ourselves or enjoy being the center of attention (hence elopement), Laura and Hugo made us feel extremely comfortable with the process. They allowed us to really enjoy our elopement in the way we wanted to, all while capturing breathtaking pictures along the way. Feeling comfortable was one of the greatest highlights of working with Laura and Hugo, so much so that they now feel like lifelong friends.

You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers

Yes! You can totally bring your family and friends on your elopement day and we can help you figure out a way to plan the day in a way that makes the most sense.

We do photograph intimate weddings as well, we just don’t help you with location planning for a large group size. We can give you suggestions though!. If you want to have more than 10 people total, it will be considered an intimate wedding and you would have to have a location that has the capacity to host the number of guests you have.

Yes! Photo-Only packages start at $5400 for 4+ hour coverage

Yes we do! Our photo only packages start at $5400 for 4 hour experiences.

Yes we do offer payment plans. This is something we go over on our consult calls if that is something you are interested in and we seem like a good fit.

Unfortunately, after photographing so many elopements in the past 6 years, we’ve realized that we cannot deliver a great experience for our couple in under 4 hours without it feeling like a staged photoshoot. Every couple deserves to be properly celebrated and have a memorable experience.

Typically only Laura will be photographing your day, however if Hugo is not booked for video that day, he usually comes with and second shoots for Laura!

You do not need an officiant or witnesses to get married legally in Colorado. If you want to have one, you can though!

We can’t control mother nature, if we could we totally would though! The weather is generally predictable in Colorado, however in the mountains it can change without notice. We always implement Plan A,B, and even C so that we can manage out way from shitty weather, but if we exhaust all of our options on your day and there is no chance of getting around it, we give you next day weather “insurance”. We never book elopements back to back so that the next day is always open just in case.

Nooo you do not have to be super active or fit to work with us. If you want to hike and have never hiked before or want to do something active that you haven’t tried yet we are 💯 in! There are locations for EVERYONE all over Colorado whether we have to hike, off-road or canoe our way to it. Be assured that we will recommend spots that we feel are doable for you with full transparency of what you would be getting into before hand. Don’t let appearances or other people fool you into what you can or can’t do. We will make sure to prepare you as well as we can 🙂

Yes, there is a $2500 retainer fee to book your date and a signed contract.

Yes we do! we know how to photograph and film in various types of locations and lighting.

Typically, you will receive 150-400 photos depending on the hours of coverage you choose. For video, most films are 3-7 minutes also depending on the amount of coverage you have with us.

We usually book 1 year out from your preferred elopement date. You can book as little as 2 months out with us as well as long as we have availability!
